Scrum framework has several events to inspect and adapt the work continuously. A Scrum team has an event called Daily Scrum where all developers meet and interact with one another to inspect the Sprint Backlogs and adapt them, if necessary, as the Sprint Goal must be reached in every Sprint. Further in Sprint Review meeting, the Scrum team and the stakeholders inspect the results of the current Sprint and adjusts the next Sprint. The Scrum team inspects the performance of the last Sprint and adapts if anything is needed.
